Hi, I’m Josh Nordwick. Growing up in Montana, I spent my days immersed in sports and the outdoors. My passion for fitness began in high school when I trained to earn a football scholarship.
While I achieved that goal, injuries—culminating in a torn ACL—ended my football career and threatened my ability to enjoy backcountry hunting and outdoor adventures.
Determined to overcome these setbacks, I embarked on a journey to train smarter, building a strong, resilient body to withstand challenges and sustain my passions for the long haul.

I have unusual hobbies like elk hunting with pack goats, growing vegetables using fish, and fermenting kefir, kombucha, vegetables and whatever else I can grow.
